Our mission

Our goal is a satisfied customer to whom the organization provides services in such a way that its needs and expectations for the quality, reliability and safety of our products are optimally met with minimal impact on the environment, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The organization wants to meet these requirements with maximum use of the knowledge and experience of its employees and suppliers and with the use of new knowledge of science and technology.

To fulfill this mission, the organization's management has adopted the following:

Quality, environment and occupational safety policy

• Achieve stable quality of our services while improving the overall performance of the organization, environmental and safety profile.
• Meet current and future requirements, needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders and thus contribute to maintaining a circle of regular and new customers.
• To increase the qualification, competence and involvement of employees of the organization to ensure compliance, reliability, safety and quality of services provided while minimizing the impact on the environment.
• Improve business relationships and involve the organization's business partners in the process of continuously improving the quality of our services and the environmental and safety profile of the organization.
• Prevent or eliminate negative impacts on the environment and health and safety at work and prevent emergencies.
• Communicate openly with employees, authorities, the public and interest groups and provide them with information on integrated policies, adopted goals and programs in the areas of environment and occupational safety.
• Consistently comply with applicable legislation and other requirements that relate to the subject of activity and to environmental and safety aspects.
• To this end, the organization's management is committed to creating and maintaining an effective and efficient integrated management system, for which it will provide adequate resources and ensure its continuous improvement so that it meets the requirements imposed on it.
• Minimize the consumption of chemicals and cleaning agents and, as far as possible, reduce the use of hazardous chemicals and cleaning agents.
